PakrWho we build for
The client profile
The profile is narrow on purpose
We build for a small part of the market: contract logistics, warehousing and fulfilment, with a flexible layer of agency workers and your own record of who comes in. Inside that profile we know where to look, and that saves time in the first check.
01Inside the profile
Five things we look at
Sector
Contract logistics, warehousing and fulfilment, cold storage included.
The warehouse runs for other companies, so every agreement is written down somewhere and can be checked.
Size
Fifty to five hundred people on the floor every day.
Big enough that checking by hand no longer works, small enough that no department has been set up for it yet.
Flexible layer
Two to five temporary staffing agencies supplying people.
Across several agencies, rates, allowances and volume discounts (which only start above a certain number of hours) drift apart. A stack of invoices does not show you that.
Hiring
No VMS of your own: the hiring system where agencies, hours and invoices come together.
Without a system like that, the check on agency invoices runs through email and Excel. That is exactly the work we take over.
Data of your own
You do have a clock or access registration of your own.
That is the source we lay the invoices against. Without it there is nothing to compare with.
02Outside the profile
Four situations where this does not fit
Companies of enterprise size
There this check is usually in place already, with their own people on it. We would add little to that.
A VMS of your own with self-billing
With self-billing you draw up the invoice yourself from approved hours. The main check then sits in the system already and this product is not for you.
Freight forwarding and transport without a warehouse of your own
We know the warehouse and the admin around it. Pure transport planning we leave to companies that are stronger at it.
No clock or gate registration of your own
Then the work gets smaller and the outcome less solid. We say so before you buy anything.
03The two questions
This is usually where it is decided
Question 01
Does your hiring run through a VMS of your own with self-billing, or through the staffing agency’s portal?
Question 02
Is there a clock or gate registration of your own that also covers agency workers?
We ask these two questions in the first five minutes. If your company falls outside the profile, you hear that at the end of that call.
04Why now
What is coming your way over the next two years
On 1 January 2027 the admission scheme for labour providers, the Wtta, takes effect. From 1 January 2028 it is enforced. You may then only hire from admitted staffing agencies, you have to check that yourself in a public register, and if you do not you risk a fine. So the admin around hiring has to get tighter either way. You may as well make it correct straight away.

40.9 per cent
In transport and storage, 40.9 per cent of companies name the shortage of workers as the main obstacle in running the business, against 32.8 per cent on average in the Netherlands. Logistics administrator, transport planner, customs declarant and freight forwarder are on the UWV list of occupations with good prospects for 2026-2027, so that shortage reaches the office too.
This is a quarterly figure that moves: in the second quarter of 2026 it stood at 30.7 per cent. The stable part is the distance to the national average.

The first call tells you whether this fits
We put the two questions and walk through your process. If your company falls outside the profile, you hear that at the end of that call.
