01The appointment
Booking a first call
Send an email with a few times that suit you and we will confirm one of them. Calling works too, and then the appointment stands right away.
What you send us we use to answer you and to see whether this fits, as set out in the privacy statement.
02The first call
What happens in those 45 minutes
- Usually online, and otherwise at your premises.
- We walk through the process: where the hours come from, who approves them, and what is compared by hand today.
- The two questions about hiring and clock registration, so that we both know whether this fits.
- A demo of an existing system, so you see what a check like that looks like in real life.
- If you want it, an agreement about a measurement: which file, which period, and when you get the answer back.
No quote, and no promises about what it will deliver. Those come only once something has been measured.
