Bespoke AI for warehousing and 3PL

Most of the admin behind your warehouse can run by itself

Enter your website address. Within two minutes you see which admin work in your warehouse could be automated first, and what it costs you in hours today.

How the scan works

No sales call. No quote.

The AI scan

No account

We only read your public website.

This scan is generated automatically with AI. It is a first read based on your website, not a review of your admin. Book a call.

01What we do

Four things we build for warehouses and 3PLs

Built inside your own WMS, time registration and administration. No platform, no new login.

  • 01

    Agency invoice and hours check

Every invoice line from the staffing agency next to the hours actually clocked: hours paid but not worked, wrong allowances, grading below your own pay terms (what your own people earn), duplicate lines. First once, then every month before anything is paid.

  • 02

    Rate card and indexation check

Your rate card (the agreed prices per client) next to the invoices that went out. Not a list of errors, but a decision document with an indexation calendar.

  • 03

    Invoicing watch

Extra handling, returns and rush work do not always reach an invoice. We show which work was never billed, from now on.

  • 04

Order intake from email, Excel and PDF

Orders by email, Excel or PDF are keyed into the WMS by hand today. We read and check them, and doubtful cases go to a person.

What the agency invoice check looks like

04The profile

Does this fit your warehouse?

Fits

  • Contract logistics, warehousing or fulfilment.
  • Fifty to five hundred people on the floor every day.
  • Two to five temporary staffing agencies.
  • No VMS of your own (the hiring system for agencies’ hours and invoices).
  • You do have a clock or access registration of your own.

Does not fit

  • Enterprise size, where this check is already in place.
  • A VMS of your own with self-billing, where the system invoices by itself.
  • Freight forwarding and transport without a warehouse of your own.
  • No clock or gate registration of your own.

The two questions that decide it

  1. Question 01Does your hiring run through a VMS of your own with self-billing, or through the staffing agency’s portal?
  2. Question 02Is there a clock or gate registration of your own that also covers agency workers?

05The build-up

How we start

00

First call

Free, and it stays free. Within two to three weeks you know what is going wrong in your rate agreements.

01

Paid check

Agency invoices next to hours worked, or the invoicing side. If it finds too little, our invoice is waived and you keep the report.

02

First system

Small and bounded, paid in phases against criteria signed before the start. Not met, and the last instalment lapses.

03

Monthly fee

Cancellable every month, with a monthly report of what the system did and found.

06House rules

What we hold ourselves to

House rule 01

Every euro can be recalculated

Everything in a report traces back to a source line, through a calculation you can redo yourself. Never because the model says so.

House rule 02

Nothing goes out the door on its own

Every correction, alert and invoice line passes a person first. That stays the case until the system has proved itself on real data.

House rule 03

Paid by the hirer and by nobody else

No staffing agency, no supplier and no software company helps fund this work. A check paid for by the party being checked is not a check.
