Every step has to prove itself before we talk about the next one
You do not have to say yes to a system in one go. You say yes to the next step, and that one is always small enough to walk back from.
Four steps, and every step stands on its own

The first call: the check on your rates
You send your rates and the invoices from one period. Within two to three weeks there is a list of decisions, under confidentiality.
Free, and it stays free.

The paid check
Your agencies’ invoices against the hours actually worked, or your own invoices against the work done. If it yields less than twice our price, the invoice is waived and you keep the report.
If the build goes ahead, this check is set off against it in full.

The first system
Small and fenced off, around one process. What it has to do is on paper before we start. If it does not do that, the last instalment is waived.
Your data and the output can always be exported.

The monthly fee
A fixed amount per month, cancellable every month. Every month a report of what the system did and found.
Without that report a monthly fee is only a subscription.
What happens to your data
- Confidentiality before the first file, also if it stays at one call.
- Your data stays inside the EU, is used for this assignment only and never for model training.
- Afterwards we delete everything, with written confirmation.
We arrange the formal side with it
Where a system touches the hours or the access of staff, the works council has a right of consent (article 27 of the Dutch Works Councils Act). We supply the papers for that and the DPIA.
