Who is responsible

Winvent VOF, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 92588263 and established in the Netherlands, trades under the name Pakr and is the controller for the data that comes in through this site.

This statement is about pakr.nl. For data you give us during an assignment, the agreements from that assignment apply as well.

What happens when you use the scan

You enter the address of your website. That address goes to our scan service, which runs on a server of our own at Hetzner inside the EU. The service reads the public pages at that address and forms a first picture from them.

We keep the result per domain for 24 hours in temporary storage, so the same site does not have to be read twice in a row. After that the storage expires.

No model is trained on data from clients or visitors.

If you leave your details

If you ask for a result or get in touch, we keep what you fill in yourself: the web address and the contact details you add to it. We use those to answer you and to judge whether your company falls inside our profile.

We keep these details for 90 days. After that we delete them, unless an assignment has come out of it in the meantime.

We do not sell data and we do not send a newsletter.

Measurement and storage in your browser

This site sets no cookies. For visitor numbers we use Vercel Analytics, which works without cookies and builds no profile of you.

In your browser we set a single character through sessionStorage. That is a check that recognises automated filling of the scan form, and it disappears as soon as you close the tab.

Five agreements about confidentiality

Before a file is sent, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Even if it goes no further than an introduction.

Data from an assignment we use only for that assignment. Never for another client and never as material to compare against.

Processing takes place within the EU, with access limited to named people. Bringing in a third party is only possible with written permission in advance and under the same confidentiality.

No model is trained on client data.

Afterwards we delete the data and we confirm that in writing.

Your rights under the GDPR

You may ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, have the processing restricted, object to the processing, and receive your data in a readable file.

You send a request to info@pakr.nl. We respond within a month, the term the GDPR sets. If you and we cannot work it out, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
